Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This website is operated by Snowleaf Limited, which publishes books as Snowleaf Press (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you have a question about them, email [email protected].
Book resources
Buyers of our books can unlock the recordings and companion material for each book by answering a question about the printed copy. These resources are for your own personal, non-commercial study with the book. You may download the recordings for that purpose.
You may not copy, share, sell or publish the resources, or the answers to the book questions, or use them for teaching or other commercial purposes without our written permission.
Copyright
All content on this site, including text, recordings, images and design, is owned by Snowleaf Limited or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Accuracy and results
We take care to keep our books and resources accurate. Corrections we have found are listed on the errata page, and we welcome reports of any others. Our material is intended to help you prepare; it does not guarantee any particular test score.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and resources available, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them, and access may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Notifications
Asking to be told when online practice opens is free and places you under no obligation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.
Purchases and other sites
Our books are sold through third-party retailers, and your purchase is governed by the retailer’s own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, the site and resources are provided free of charge, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
